Ala Moana Beach Park is a playground that just about offers something for everyone, including a half mile beach strip stretch of fine white sand. Compared to many Oahu beaches, Ala Moana Beach Park offers acres of shady trees, picnic tables, and a wide expanse of grass to play around in the park, including tennis courts, a yacht club, 3 concession stands, and an additional half crescent beach called Magic Island. And all of this is across the street from the world famous open roof Ala Moana Center Mall and the up and coming trendy Kaka’ako Neighborhood District.
